Selling 101

             Now that you know a bit about what we offer, here’s a simple breakdown of the Genuine Selling Process:
  • 1. The Meet & Greet

    This is where we come for a visit. Get to know you & ask a lot of questions about your home.


    These answers will help us determine the market value of your home, but more importantly play a big role in determining how we market your house to buyers! 


    After we’ve completed our questionnaire we take a tour & get to know your home.

  • 2. Pre-List Preparation & Planning

    We’ll bring in a pro to help configure layouts, select colours for a fresh paint-lift & suggest some final touches that will set the tone for your home hitting the open market.


    This is where we set a price point, finalize your personalized marketing plan & bring in the pros to capture your home in its best light. We also begin “coming soon” marketing during this prep phase.

  • 3. Hit The Open Market Running & Attract An Offer

    With all of the preparations, marketing commences & buyers begin coming through your home.


    Once we attract an offer(s) we shift into the negotiations phase & work hard to get you the best price/terms — this is where all of your hard work pays off!

  • 4. Conditions Period & Gap To Closing

    If your offer has conditions, we will work alongside you & the Buyer’s representation to get those conditions fulfilled, which in turn means your home would be officially sold. 


    Then you enter the gap in time before closing day & we are right here with you the entire time. 

  • 5. Prepare For Closing

    We will be there with you while you take the final steps ensuring a smooth closing & with our checklists, we’ll take the stress down as much as possible so you can focus on the move!


    But the best part? Just because there are new people calling your former house “home” doesn’t mean our relationship ends.
