Now the adventure of finding your next home begins!We’ll guide you in what to look for, things to consider & share our knowledge so that you can feel confident moving forward.Something to remember… what you see on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS®) is not always what you will get! Some should come with disclosures “objects may appear smaller in real life”, but this is precisely why we need to get out & see homes in person.You’ll receive alerts when homes that match your criteria hit the market & if you’re looking for something specific, we’re the people you want in your corner.From door-knocking to paid buyer ads, we’ll work hard to help find your next home! Once we find the house you want to make your home, we will sit down with you to explain the contracts, your options & what we recommend. We will share insights into the market, recent sales & draft an offer that outlines all of the terms you’re comfortable with.Negotiations are where we shine for you — working hard on your behalf & walking you through each step of the process.

There are a few moving parts that need to fall into place once your offer is accepted.We’re talking deposits, conditions, inspections, lawyer’s, mortgage brokers & more.Knowing the process inside out & backwards means you don’t have to worry about something falling off.
